I offer manuscript editing & consultation for manuscripts and individual poems.
I have taught poetry workshops and advised poets on their poems and manuscripts for over two decades. I have guided poems and manuscripts from rough drafts, extensive revision, and into publication.
Process

I’ll review your request and will get back to you with a quote and instructions for next steps. If I’m not a good fit for your consultation, I’ll let you know via email.
Individual Poems
All consultations include annotations and comments (specific and general) in MS word, plus an email from me with overall thoughts and feedback
Single Poem Consultation: $75.00 (up to one page in length. If your poems are short then I can consult on two poems for this price)
Folio (up to six poems): Starting at $400, depending on length
Poetry Manuscripts
In response to your full-length manuscript, you will receive extensive, individualized, notes, including:
Detailed comments and line edits on individual poems
Feedback about structure and order of poems
Feedback and suggestions for titles (of the manuscript, any sections, and individual poems)
Evaluation of poems and their inclusion in the manuscript
Optional manuscript discussion to be conducted via email, phone, or Zoom
Manuscript consultation: Starting at $650, depending on length
